My Role
I worked as solo UI UX designer in a Lean-Agile framework, responsible of user research, product idealization, design system development, definition of solutions , usability testing and data analysis of KPIs

Problem
Role creation led to frustration among users due to a lack of understanding of the numerous requirements and uncertainty in evaluating metrics, resulting in poor comparability and a frozen team onboarding process, with a high abandonement rate and low engagement.

The new model included, from the outset, suggestions for the most common startup roles, in the form of pre-populated and customizable templates. This dramatically reduced processing times, resulting in a more efficient and effective experience. Profile pages were also improved, aligned with role requirements to highlight the most suitable candidates and guide the entire team onboarding process, from role creation to onboarding new members

Problem
Creating a smart contract is a highly complex process, requiring users to evaluate numerous technical parameters. Users were uncertain and feared the project’s irreversibility, which led them to abandonement and inactivity

Solution
The new solution offered reduced complexity by presenting 3 different pre-configured agreement templates, based on increasing complexity. The user was now able to choose the agreement that better fits project requirements and personal knowledge, postponing uncessary and specific parameters from the beginning. The pre-configuration of the template also ensured a reference- guidance on parameters, avoiding doubts and misinterpretations
